Van Rijn looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Van Rijn works Mafaking's body with a nice hook. Mike Van Rijn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#CL2# Van Rijn takes the fight into the clinch. Van Rijn lands with a short head shot on the inside. Mafaking blocks a punch to the side of the head.

#R1##TD# Chugman shoots in and bounces Mafaking off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.#SUB2# Mafaking working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Chugman doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Chugman manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Chugman stopping the sweep attempt from Mafaking. Chugman slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Chugman has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Chugman wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mafaking keeps working. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mafaking regains half guard. Mafaking is looking to improve his position.

Bobima looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mercer is one step ahead there. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bobima is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Bobima keeping full guard, as Mercer tries to pass. #T1# Mercer wants to control from the top but Bobima keeps moving. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Zlatkov lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Hitman backs up against the cage.
Hitman shoots in and drives through. Zlatkov sprawls well. Zlatkov is looking for a counter combo. Hitman throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Zlatkov. Hitman fails with the takedown and Zlatkov counters with a three punch combo that has Hitman backing up. Hitman nods at Zlatkov to acknowledge the strikes. Hitman looks winded! Zlatkov dodges the punch combination from Hitman.
Zlatkov appears to be looking for a big counter. Zlatkov defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hitman. As Hitman backs away, Zlatkov returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Jackson fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Kelvin Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A nice inside leg kick there by Jackson. That's going to slow Bobima down. Bobima shoots in for a takedown but Jackson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Bobima tries to clinch up. A solid body kick from Jackson. Bobima looks winded! Jackson misses with a wild combination.
Jackson scores with a nice strike. Jackson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bobima. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Bobima has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Jackson bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!#TD# Jackson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Heydrich swats away the attempt to clinch by Hitman. Heydrich tests Hitman's chin there with a solid looking shot. Heydrich lands with a right hand. Hitman on the wrong end of a nice hook. Hitman takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
