#R1##CL# Cross clinches. Cross is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Khaan working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Cross is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Khaan comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Cross is trying to maintain a safe position but Khaan gets an underhook and turns Cross into the cage. A right hook to the body lands for Khaan.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Khaan creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. #TD2# Khaan pulls guard effortlessly. #SUB2# Khaan has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Cross should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Khaan has tightened it up now! Cross should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Chinggis Khaan! Chinggis Khaan decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB2# Cannon is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Savi has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Cannon is looking to defend but Savi has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Cannon! Savi pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Cannon taps out and this one is all over!

#R1# Clark pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Kinney really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Clark lands a nice looking body shot.
Kinney uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Clark. Kinney takes one on the button. Clark throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Clark misses with a body punch
and Kinney counters with a head kick. Clark lands a slapping body shot.
#CL2# Clark fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kinney, pushing him back against the cage. A short left from Clark. #ROC2# Kinney is rocked! Clark working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Oh Kinney is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! This has been an exciting period of action! Clark lands a big right hand that drops Kinney! The killer instinct kicks in and Clark finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Clark!

Northcutt is trying to work for a sweep but Mills has mounted him! Mills sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Mills working Northcutt over with strikes here. Northcutt fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Mills takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Northcutt is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Mills jumps into side control! Sage Northcutt has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Edison Mills is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Northcutt misses with an elbow from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! Edison Mills showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Mills, winning every round. Will the judges agree? Kirk tries to close the distance and clinch but Northcutt swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. #CL2# Northcutt moves into the clinch.#BC# Kirk manages to break the clinch.

That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
