Kim looking to pass the guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Loiri wants to get back to his feet but Kim is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Kim showing good wrestling skills to control the position. #T1# Loiri has control of Kim's left arm, preventing Kim from doing any damage. Kim wants to stand but Loiri has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Kim slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Loiri gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. That was a close round but I would say that Zenzo Hosoi will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. Bogdan Uzun showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Giant throwing a counter right hand but Dossey manages to avoid it. Giant seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Giant looks to throw the jab but Dossey is out of range. Dossey tries a head kick but it misses.
Giant swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Dossey throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Giant's waist but Giant gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dossey off to one side. An attempted straight right counter from Giant misses the target. Dossey gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Giant counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Giant Giant! A very excited looking Giant Giant made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction. The defeated Beckett Dossey had this to say: 'Come suck my dick you motherfucking bitch.'.

Dossey tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but McDouble swivels and escapes. McDouble lands with a hook. Dossey tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. McDouble misses with a few strikes there.
Dossey shoots in looking for a takedown but McDouble manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Dossey's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Dossey is defended easily by McDouble. It looked like McDouble was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Biggy McDouble has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Beckett Dossey. Dossey walks into a left hand. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dossey tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
