He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. #ES# Perez manages to escape and get back to his feet! This has been an exciting period of action!#TD2# Racing fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Perez to the ground. Racing is now in Perez's guard. Racing won't allow Perez to sweep him here. #ES# The fighters are working up against the cage. Salazar wants to sweep here but Witt controlling him for the moment. Witt with a flurry of punches that miss. Witt has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Witt throws a big right hand that misses. Salazar looking to hit a scissor sweep but Witt is one step ahead there. Witt really is a fat lump. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salazar manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Witt manages to get himself to full guard.

Contreras dives in for a single leg takedown but McGregor sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. McGregor lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.#TD# Contreras scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. McGregor is looking to get back to his feet here but Contreras is keeping cool and he's managed to take McGregor's back. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Contreras is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but McGregor won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Contreras off his unconscious opponent!

Contreras wants to clinch up but Motora keeps it at a distance. Motora looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Contreras is fending him off so far but Motora persists. Nope, Contreras circles away and we're back to standing. Bart Contreras has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now.
