#R1# Mcregor throws a series of punches but Nice moves out of range. Mcregor really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Nice has his takedown stuffed#TD# and Mcregor counters with a takedown into side control. Mcregor wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nice keeps working. Mcregor tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mcregor postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

#R1# Skinner tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Karate defends well and Skinner ends up having to push Karate into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Skinner steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Karate. Karate throws a head kick but Skinner moves out of range.
Skinner really is a fat lump. Skinner blocks a jab.#TD2# Skinner gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Karate to score an easy takedown into full guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Karate showing good wrestling skills to control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Skinner has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Karate has passed into side control.
Skinner tries to buck Karate off but Karate is having none of it. Karate looks up at the clock and then as Skinner takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Karate smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Karate has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Skinner's face.

He's simply no match for Ufo on the ground. You can see the frustration on Morin's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ufo trying to control the action but Morin is working from the bottom. Ufo working the body and head with strikes. Ufo working the ground and pound. Ufo trying to control the action but Morin is working from the bottom. Morin is looking for a sweep. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Morin is trying to work for a sweep but Ufo has mounted him! Ufo is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Morin. Griffith tries to circle away but Mcregor has him pinned against the cage.#TD2# Mcregor jumps guard and drags Griffith to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Mcregor looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Griffith tries to stand but Mcregor is controlling from the bottom. Griffith has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SU# Griffith gets to his feet - Mcregor follows without any prompting.
