#R1# Marsh keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Junior throws a series of punches but Marsh moves out of range. Marsh throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Marsh fails with a takedown attempt. #CL2# Junior moves into the clinch. Marsh manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#BC# Marsh breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A left and a right from Junior both land. Nice combination. #T1# Junior lands a nice looking body shot.
Junior fails with the takedown#CL# and Marsh moves into the clinch. Junior has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Marsh is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Harley Marsh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Conor Junior. Junior being controlled against the cage. Junior stalling the fight.

#CL2# Junior moves into range and clinches up with Marsh. Junior tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Marsh just stands there and leans against the cage. Junior leaning against his opponent.

Junior can't keep hold of the triangle and Marsh manages to pass to side control! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Junior struggling a bit here.#T2# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Marsh remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Junior is looking for a sweep. Marsh tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Junior is able to avoid easily. Junior fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Junior misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Marsh pulls Junior in close to prevent any damage. Marsh will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Junior sitting in guard, not really doing much. #SUB2# Junior drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Marsh dives on top into guard.#REVR# Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! A close second round but Conor Junior will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Marsh's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round! #R3# A jab from Junior finds it's way through Marsh's defenses. Junior shoots in but Marsh avoids the takedown attempt easily. Junior shoots in for a takedown. Junior manages to get full guard. Junior wants to stand up but Marsh is controlling him. Marsh is stalling in the full guard. Marsh stops Junior from standing up. Marsh is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.#T2# Junior tries to land a sweep but no joy. Marsh showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Junior is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.#SUB2# Junior has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Marsh can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Junior takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.#T3# Junior looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Marsh controlling from the top position. #SUB# Marsh is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Marsh not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. #T4# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.#REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Junior displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Marsh doesn't manage to clinch there - Junior circles away.
Junior changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Marsh tries to avoid it but Junior manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Marsh to the ground. Marsh escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Harley Marsh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Conor Junior.#CL# Marsh gets a clinch. #BC# Marsh breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Junior misses with a wild body shot. Harley Marsh has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Conor Junior is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Junior misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Harley Marsh. I think Junior has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

#TD2# Beast looking to score a takedown here. Franco is defending well but Beast drives through and ends up in Franco's guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Beast works over Franco with some ground and pound from guard. Franco is looking to stand up but Beast isn't so interested in that idea. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Beast scoring with some ground and pound. Franco wants to stand up but Beast is controlling him. Beast seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
