That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Brian Gibbs.

Lewis fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Gibson, pushing him back against the cage.
Lewis lands a nice uppercut.
Lewis presses Gibson against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Gibson's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
A short right from Lewis.
Lewis lands with a left to the head.
Lewis lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Lewis dips a shoulder and cracks Gibson with a mighty uppercut! Gibson falls back against the cage and Lewis unloads with a barrage of strikes! Gibson is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Lewis screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
