#TD# and Davis decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Somnus's guard. Somnus is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Davis with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.#SUB2# Somnus is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Davis defends well.#SUB# Davis drops back, looking for a kneebar! Somnus looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Somnus looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Somnus! #REVB# We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Davis is in a bad spot here and he knows it... just holding on for now. Somnus staying calm.#T1# Somnus tries to score with some ground and pound. Davis controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Somnus tries to advance to mount but Davis denies him. Somnus working away. Davis is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Davis is looking to improve his position.
#T2# The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Somnus missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Somnus seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Somnus takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.#SUB2# Somnus is working for a kimura but Davis is defending it quite comfortably.
Somnus throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. #T3# Davis tries to get to full guard but Somnus has control of the leg. #REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. A punch combination from Somnus misses. Somnus rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Davis moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Davis changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Somnus is trying hard to land a takedown here. Davis sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Davis shoots in but doesn't get the takedown #CL2# and Somnus counters by moving into the clinch. Davis tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Somnus smiles and moves away.
Somnus shoots in looking for a takedown but Davis manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Somnus's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Somnus misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
#T4# Davis doesn't succeed with the takedown#CL2# and Somnus counters by clinching up. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bryon Davis. That's going to take a lot out of him. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Davis doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Davis jumps guard but Somnus stands there with Davis around his waist. Davis gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Somnus has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Davis is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Somnus stalling.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Somnus will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Davis up against the cage. Somnus keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Davis's efforts to push away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The bell goes and we're back to the action. #R2# Davis tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Somnus paws at him with a jab and circles away. And Somnus responds with a good body kick, but Davis manages to step out the way in time. Davis darts in looking for a takedown but Somnus gets double underhooks and turns Davis into the cage. A shot to the body from Somnus misses and Davis counters with a left to the body. Davis with a lazy takedown attempt #CL2# and Somnus holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. #BC2# Somnus breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Somnus closes this distance looking for a takedown but Davis circles away. It looked like Davis was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Somnus. Davis stuffs the takedown.#TD# Davis scores with a takedown into Somnus's guard.#ES2# Somnus kicks Davis off and gets to his feet. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Davis tries to clinch up but Somnus circles away and keeps his distance.#T1# Davis moves out of range of the body kick. Somnus misses with a low kick.

Hypnos Somnus showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Davis goes for a double leg but Somnus avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Somnus continues to drive forward.#T4# Somnus shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Davis eats them both and turns towards Somnus to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Davis is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Somnus shoots in and drives through. Davis sprawls well. Somnus shoots in looking for a takedown but Davis manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Somnus's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Somnus shoots in for a takedown but Davis shows good takedown defense. Somnus leaves Davis with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Davis shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Somnus pinned against the cage. Somnus gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
And that's the end of the fight! Bryon Davis showed his dominance in that final round. I think Somnus has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

#R1# Muhammad tries to clinch but Ossas moves away and Ossas counters with a left and a right that stings Muhammad. Muhammad doesn't manage to clinch there - Ossas circles away.
Ossas shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Muhammad but Muhammad pushes him off and we're back to square one. Muhammad tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Ossas manages to circle out of the way. Ossas tries for a takedown but Muhammad sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Ossas misses with a takedown and Muhammad counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Muhsin Muhammad has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Uvuvwevwe Ossas. No luck for Ossas with that takedown attempt. #TD# A momentary lapse in concentration from Ossas enables Muhammad to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Ossas manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Muhammad has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Muhammad is looking to stand up but Ossas won't let him. Muhammad tries to free his leg and advance position but Ossas is retaining full guard. #T1# Ossas is trying to keep Muhammad in close.
Muhammad postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Muhammad engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Ossas is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Ossas is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Muhammad dives into side control.

As Ossas backs away, Muhammad returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.#TD# Muhammad changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ossas looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Muhammad will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Ossas looks winded! Muhammad works to advance to full mount. Ossas defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Muhammad can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Ossas is looking to escape. Ossas tries to get back to half guard but can't. Ossas should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.#T3# Ossas reaches up to try and control the position but Muhammad seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Ossas rolls and tries to escape and now Muhammad has his back!
Muhammad gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes. Ossas is keeping busy.
Muhammad is trying to stick to Ossas's back but Ossas is turning into Muhammad. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Muhammad's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Ossas. Ossas stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Muhammad swivels though and keeps the full guard. #SUB# Muhammad is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

"I don't think so" says Ossas as he avoids it easily. Ossas throws a big counter head kick but Muhammad avoids it with no problem. Ossas fails with a takedown attempt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

As Muhammad backs off Ossas throws a huge counter combo but Muhammad manages to avoid it all. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Ossas.

Muhammad looks to score with a jab to the body but Ossas is just out of range. Muhammad slaps away a takedown attempt from Ossas, before circling back to the center of the mat. Muhammad moves in looking to clinch but Ossas pushes him off. Ossas is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Muhammad moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
