Johnson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Johnson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Daniels drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Johnson defends it well.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Johnson.#CL#
Johnson moves into range and clinches up with Daniels.
Daniels tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Johnson smiles and moves away.
Daniels throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Johnson's waist but Johnson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Daniels off to one side.
Daniels shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Isaiah Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shawn Daniels.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Johnson Throws a clean left jab. Johnson Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Daniels's chin! Daniels crumbles to the ground and Johnson follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Johnson!

Omari Romero Jr decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
