#R1##TD2# Excellent takedown into side control there by Green Jr. Green Jr looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Beinhocker takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Beinhocker trying to control but Green Jr flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! Beinhocker trying to control the hands but Green Jr won't let him. Beinhocker can't escape the position.
Green Jr avoiding Beinhocker 's attempts to control his hands. Beinhocker really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of Green Jr's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Beinhocker staying busy and making it hard for Green Jr to control. Beinhocker is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Green Jr working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.#SUB# Green Jr is posturing up here but Beinhocker has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Green Jr tries to roll out but it's too tight and Green Jr has to tap! Slick submission there by Beinhocker!

Smith lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Smith distracts Best with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Smith postures up and lands a big shot to Best's brow. Best looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Smith has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Smith sitting in guard, not really doing much. Smith is looking to work some ground and pound but Best has wrist control. Smith is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Smith postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Smith landing with the ground and pound. #ROC2# Best is rocked! Smith loads up on a big left hand. Best felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Smith looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Best can't hide his disappointment, as Smith celebrates the victory.

Perry tries to bench press Green Jr off him but Green Jr keeps the position. Perry is being controlled here. Green Jr grinds an elbow into Perry's temple. Perry pushes Green Jr away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Green Jr gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Perry prevents Green Jr from moving into mount. Green Jr is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Reynolds appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Best shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Reynolds but Reynolds pushes him off and we're back to square one. Reynolds shoots in but no luck this time. And Best tries to counter it with a takedown but Reynolds pushes his down on his head and steps out. Reynolds tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Best manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Best closes this distance looking for a takedown but Reynolds circles away. Reynolds tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Best manages to circle out of the way. Pat Reynolds has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Theo Best. Best tries to score a power double leg takedown but Reynolds sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Best somewhat.#T1# Reynolds keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Reynolds tries to clinch and Best counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. A slow jab from Reynolds misses its intended target. Best tries for a takedown but Reynolds sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. As Best tries to get set, Reynolds tries to push him back and clinch up but Best manages to avoid the attempt. Reynolds shoots for a double leg takedown but Best sprawls well. He's pushed Reynolds's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Horrible takedown attempt by Reynolds or perhaps it was just good defense by Best, which made it look bad. Best pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Reynolds back to the cage. Best follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.#CUT2# It looks like Pat Reynolds has been cut.#CL2# Best closes the distance and clinches. #T2# Best keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Reynolds's efforts to push away.
