The Trickster postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Bass looks a forlorn figure.

Life takes the fight into the clinch.
Life tries to pull guard but Watson holds him up against the cage and eventually Life drops back down to his feet.
Life tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Watson smiles and moves away.
Life closes the distance but Watson moves to the side
and Watson counters with a nice uppercut.
Life throws a jab when Watson was well out of range.
Life shoots in and drives through. Watson sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vitriol Life. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Life fails with a takedown attempt.
Watson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Watson throws a lazy right hand but Life sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Life is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Watson.
Watson misses with a straight left.
As Watson tries to get set, Life tries to push him back and clinch up but Watson manages to avoid the attempt.

A jab lands there for Watson.

Nice uppercut lands for Watson. That snapped Life's head back.
Life takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Watson lands a nice hook to Life's body. Life takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Watson drops Life with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Life looks back up at him and smiles so Watson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Watson might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Life walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Watson! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
