and Parades counters with a series of strikes. Jefferson will be more careful next time no doubt. Jefferson takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Parades scores with a nice right hand.
Parades has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Lloyd Jefferson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Parades stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Parades wants it to stay on the feet. Jefferson misses with a few strikes there.
A right-left combo lands from Jefferson . Jefferson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Parades manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Parades takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. That was a close second round but I would say that Ezequiel Forbes will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And that's the end of the fight! Horacio Ramirez comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Ramirez has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
