Duke takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Pickren is trying to get back to full guard. Duke trying to control the pace. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pickren makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Pickren. Duke sitting in guard, not really doing much. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T1# The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pickren looking for a sweep. Not yet Pickren, not yet. Pickren trying to keep a closed guard but Duke is proving a slippery customer.
Pickren wants to get back to his feet but Duke is in a dominant position and won't allow it. #REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.#T2# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Duke throws a sloppy head kick and Pickren moves out of range easily. Pickren buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Pickren for as long as he can get away with. Pickren is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Duke is controlling him. Duke postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Pickren bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Duke's guard. #REVB# Duke manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Pickren manages to get himself to full guard.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Duke, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Pickren uses from the top position. Pickren is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Ramsey looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Ramsey could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Ramsey is really struggling to control Pickren but he's trying to hold on to the position. Parks did well to prevent Pickren getting side control. Pickren seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Adam Pickren showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Connie Parks's cut. And that's the end of the fight! Adam Pickren comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Pickren has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
