Anderson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Decker moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Decker is looking to counter the offense by Anderson and move into the clinch. Anderson lands with a right hand. Decker misses with the combination.

#R1# Askold's corner calls for a 1-2. Askold obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. #CUT2# It looks like Francis Decker has been cut. Decker on the wrong end of a nice jab. Askold avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A nice side step and Askold releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Decker tries for a takedown but Askold circles away easily and Askold connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.#ROC2# Decker is rocked! Decker is looking to clinch but Askold is avoiding it.
It seemed like Askold was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Askold scores with a nice head shot. Oh Decker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Askold throws an uppercut from hell that sends Decker clean off his feet! He's out cold! Askold stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

Fitzpatrick fails with the takedown and Thorvaldsson counters with a left to the body. Fitzpatrick takes a shot right to the bread basket. Thorvaldsson dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Fitzpatrick takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.#KD2# Thorvaldsson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Fitzpatrick sprawling to the canvas! Fitzpatrick rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Thorvaldsson finish him?!

Decker could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. MacGuire throws a half hearted mid kick. MacGuire displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Decker. Decker with a poor takedown and MacGuire counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.#CUT2# It looks like Francis Decker has been cut.#CL2# MacGuire fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Decker, pushing him back against the cage. #R1# Donovan tries a head kick but it misses.
Barros tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Donovan defends well and Barros ends up having to push Donovan into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.#TD# Barros gets caught flat footed, as Donovan shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Barros has momentary wrist control but Donovan slips an elbow through the middle. Donovan sitting in guard here, content to control. Barros controls Donovan momentarily but Donovan frees himself. #SUB2# Barros has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Donovan is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Barros. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Donovan misses with an attempted head punch from side control. #T1# You can see the frustration on Barros's face as Donovan controls the position. Barros avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Donovan. Donovan takes a little break here. Barros wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.#SUB# Donovan thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Donovan looks up at the clock and then as Barros takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Donovan smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Donovan scores with punches from side control. Donovan avoids the strikes from the bottom by Barros. Donovan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. A lull in the action here. A control attempt from Barros but he's now mounted! Donovan controlling from the full mount. Donovan scoring with strikes but Barros is staying in there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T3# Donovan lands a big shot there that rocks Barros but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Barros really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Donovan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Barros tries to get back to half guard but can't. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Donovan landing punches. Barros is working to get back to half guard.
Barros is in a horrible position here. Donovan smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
