Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Wagner is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jones slips nicely into half guard. Wagner striking from half guard on the bottom. Jones trying to control the pace. Wagner really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Wagner is looking for a sweep. Jones is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jones is thwarting Wagner's attempts to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. #R1# Mcfadden lands a jab to Blackbeard's midsection. Blackbeard throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mcfadden. #TD# Mcfadden shoots in for a takedown and gets it. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Blackbeard wants to sweep but Mcfadden has passed to side control! Mcfadden sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Blackbeard is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Blackbeard really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mcfadden. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Mcfadden lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Blackbeard down.
Mcfadden could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Blackbeard is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Mcfadden is one step ahead and moves to full mount! #R1# Isotalo stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Isotalo wants it to stay on the feet. Isotalo swings widly with a right hand
and Mcfadden counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Isotalo thinking. Isotalo scores with a nice head shot.#TD# A momentary lapse in concentration from Isotalo enables Mcfadden to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Isotalo manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Mcfadden really is a fat lump.#SUB2# Isotalo has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Mcfadden should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Isotalo has tightened it up now! Mcfadden should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
