#R1# Horrible takedown attempt by Tanner or perhaps it was just good defense by Ast, which made it look bad. Ast tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Nice takedown defense from Ast. No joy for Tanner on that attempt. Tanner shoots in but no luck this time. Ast tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bernardo Tanner. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tanner misses with a takedown #TD2# and Ast counters with a nice double leg into side control. Tanner won't be happy with that. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Tanner is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Tanner is letting Ast control him for a moment. Let's hope that Ast has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! #R1##TD2# Studd manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Prince on his heels. He'll look to pass Prince's guard now, I'm sure. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Studd stands up over Prince, holding on to his feet. Studd throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Prince is out cold! Studd lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!

#R1# Flynn has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Nocerino finds it's way round the side to connect with Flynn's head. #CUT2# It looks like Michael Flynn has been cut. Nocerino swats away the attempt to clinch by Flynn. Flynn takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Flynn doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Flynn shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Nocerino counters with a lovely shot to the body. Nocerino lands a really nice looking cross but Flynn seems unphased.
Flynn shoots in for a double leg but Nocerino sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Nocerino is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Nocerino lands with a good body shot.#CL2# Nocerino closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. This has been an exciting period of action!#TD# Flynn pulls Nocerino into guard.

Boy connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Boy stuffs the takedown attempt from Flynn. Flynn gets slowly back to his feet. Boy swinging wildly here.
Flynn attempts a counter takedown but Boy avoids it well and moves away. Boy throws a right and a left that Flynn avoids nicely. Flynn closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. #CUT2# It looks like Michael Flynn has been cut.#TD2# Boy shoots in and bounces Flynn off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
