Foster could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Dayo scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Foster doesn't seem bothered though. Dayo looks to score with a jab to the body but Foster is just out of range. Foster drops down looking for a counter takedown but Dayo sprawls and moves away. Dayo lands a jab-cross combination. Dayo tries to bum rush Foster with a series of wild strikes but Foster uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Dayo bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Foster's head. Dayo is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Dayo misses with the combination.

Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Foster throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Abdul Foster has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Nan Dayo is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Foster working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Castro manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Vonden trying to control but Castro is working from the bottom. Castro really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Vonden postures up in Castro's guard and throws a big left but Castro blocks it. Castro throws a nice elbow from the bottom. Vonden wanted to stand there but Castro had control of the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Vonden pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Castro is keeping the position for now. Castro wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Vonden manages to pass to side control. #T1##SUB2# Vonden seems to be working for a kimura but Castro defends the submission attempt.
