#R1# McKill displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Burt. #TD2# McKill closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - McKill lands in his opponent's guard. McKill stays in close to Burt's body and controls the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Burt wants to stand but McKill is controlling the position. Burt could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. McKill sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Burt's guard. #T1# Burt is trying to stand.
McKill with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Burt wants to improve his position but McKill is controlling well.
#SUB2# McKill is working for a kimura but Burt is defending it quite comfortably.

McKill is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Burt gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
#T2# My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. McKill is looking to advance position but Burt won't allow it. Burt wants to get back to his feet.
#SUB2# McKill is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Burt is just riding it out for now. McKill eventually gives up the hold. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for McKill. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. #SUB2# McKill isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Burt stacks McKill on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Burt!#T1# Burt lands an elbow. McKill is trying to get back to half guard. McKill keeps Burt under control for a moment. Burt wants to control but McKill is keeping him busy. McKill tries to escape but Burt is in control. #T2# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. McKill wants to control but Burt postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McKill is looking for a sweep.#REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. McKill takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.#CL2# McKill rushes Burt and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Burt is trying to force a seperation but McKill has the dominant position. Burt has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. McKill lands with a short head shot on the inside. #ES2# McKill manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Burt working hard to break the clinch. Burt tries to break free but McKill pushes him back against the cage. McKill pushes off an throws an elbow but Burt leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.#TD2# McKill has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Burt clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!#SUB2# McKill is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Burt has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. McKill controlling well, preventing Burt from escaping the position.

This has been an exciting period of action! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Burt lands a couple of elbows. McKill has been the more effective fighter overall so far. McKill is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Marty McKill. Well McKill has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Larsen misses with a takedown and Suparman counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Whitney Larsen. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#CL2# Suparman has Larsen up against the cage in a clinch.

Suparman bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Larsen's guard. #REVB##T1# Suparman with a flurry of punches that miss. Suparman engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. #SU2# Suparman decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
