Lukakou darts in looking for a takedown but Kowalski gets double underhooks and turns Lukakou into the cage.
Lukakou fails with the takedown
enabling Kowalski to counter with a crisp jab.
Romelou Lukakou seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kamil Kowalski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Romelou Lukakou.
Lukakou tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kowalski sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lukakou somewhat.
As Lukakou looks to move away, Kowalski throws a big counter combo but Lukakou just gets out of the way.

Lukakou tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Kowalski defends well and Lukakou ends up having to push Kowalski into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Chukwe Buckwe has been cut.
Buckwe has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Silva throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Silva connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Buckwe tumbling to the canvas! Silva pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Buckwe was done - good stoppage!
