and Golara cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Pimp McGee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Golara keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from McGee. McGee misses with a body kick. It looked like Golara was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from McGee. McGee tries a head kick but it misses.
#CL# Golara moves into the clinch. Golara lands a body punch. McGee creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Golara scores with an uppercut up the middle. Golara working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. McGee misses with an elbow over the top. McGee blocks a body shot from Golara. Golara controlling the action here for a moment.
Golara gets through McGee's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Golara lands an uppercut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Golara blocks the elbow strike.

#R1# A really sloppy takedown attempt there from MacMillan. Buga bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.#CUT#It looks like Evan MacMillan has been cut. MacMillan dives in for a single leg takedown but Buga sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Buga throws a right and a left that both miss. Buga throws a body shot but no joy. MacMillan defending well as Buga loads up on a big left hand. MacMillan tries for a takedown but Buga sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Buga was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Uga Buga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Evan MacMillan. MacMillan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Buga as he jumps to the side. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice uppercut there from Buga. MacMillan shoots in for a takedown but Buga shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Nice defenses there by MacMillan. MacMillan throws a counter combo. #R1# Casanova lands with a nice combination. Perseu backs away looking to recover. Perseu takes a body punch but keeps moving. Casanova throws a right hand that Perseu ducks under and follows up with a left that Perseu also avoids with ease. Casanova lands with an uppercut that bounces Perseu off the cage and back into range. Perseu shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Casanova pinned against the cage. Casanova gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. A lazy left from Casanova finds it's target. Casanova keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. A punch combination from Casanova misses. Horrible takedown attempt by Perseu or perhaps it was just good defense by Casanova, which made it look bad. Dennis Casanova has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Darius Perseu. This has been an exciting period of action! Casanova lands with a shot to the body. Casanova lands with a nice combination. Perseu backs away looking to recover. Perseu will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Perseu fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Casanova avoids it really well and circles away.#T1# Casanova plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Perseu to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Perseu just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!

Monthouse tries to clinch up but Pipa circles away and keeps his distance. A little jabbing left from Pipa on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.#CL# Monthouse closes the distance and clinches. Monthouse fails with the takedown and Pipa counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Pipa misses with a right hand and Monthouse counters with a left to the body. Monthouse has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Monthouse there as he acknowledges the shot. Pipa misses with a looping left. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
