Workman will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. OCallaghan working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Workman has his hands on OCallaghan's head, controlling the position. OCallaghan in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Workman is pulling down on OCallaghan's head to control his posture. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Workman's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. OCallaghan tries to work over Nando's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nando pushes OCallaghan back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Nando tries to land knees in the clinch but OCallaghan avoids the damage to the body. OCallaghan is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Nando gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Nando wants to break free. OCallaghan has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. OCallaghan trying to control but Nando is working from the bottom. Nando seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. #SUB2# Nando had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. OCallaghan defends it easily. Nando is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
