Popper is looking to counter with a body kick. Delaet looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! OH! Delaet has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Popper smells blood and charges in for the finish! Popper unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Delaet sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Bung Popper! Bung Popper really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Urban Fighter logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.

Terblanche tries to clinch but Li is having none of it. Li was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Terblanche misses with the combination.
Terblanche swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Terblanche swings for the body but Li moves out of range.
Terblanche lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Li circles away quickly and effectively. It looked like Li was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Li circles away from the clinch attempt.
Terblanche misses with a two punch combination.
Li cracks a nice hook into Terblanche's ribs. Li swings and misses with a hook to the body.
The fight stays on the outside here - Terblanche looks like he's thinking about clinching though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Li lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Terblanche at a distance.

Terblanche tries to bum rush Li with a series of wild strikes but Li uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Li works Terblanche's body with a nice hook. Li changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Terblanche takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Aldre Terblanche seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Li throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
#KD# Li lands with a right, followed by a left to the temple and Terblanche goes down! The ref sends Li to a neutral corner so he can begin the count. 3,4,5,6 and Terblanche is back to his feet. He seems a little groggy but the referee thinks he's OK to continue, so we're back to the action! Li misses with a wild body shot. Li sets himself, and Terblanche steps forward looking for the clinch! Li avoids it this time. Li tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Terblanche paws at him with a jab and circles away.#T2# Terblanche walks straight into a perfectly timed right hook, crumpling him to the floor! Terblanche is in all kinds of trouble here - can he beat the count? 3,4,5,6,7,8,9....10 - he's out and it's by a long way too - he didn't ever look like beating that count!

Bryans moves in looking to clinch but Wilkinson pushes him off.#TD2# Bryans gets caught napping as Wilkinson dives in and scores a takedown. Bryans manages to retain guard. Wilkinson's corner is telling him to maintain position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bryans is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Bryans being controlled here, momentarily. #T1# Bryans is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bryans slaps away a takedown attempt from Yezonunikov, before circling back to the center of the mat.#CL# Bryans gets tackled into the cage by Yezonunikov. Yezonunikov maintains the clinch. Bryans trying to land knees to the body.

#R1# Loretto's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Khan connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Loretto scrambles back to his feet. Khan lands the left hand. Khan uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Loretto has time to react. Khan bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Loretto's head. Khan fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Loretto takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Loretto throws a body kick that misses. Loretto misses with a kick to the body and Loretto takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Loretto tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Khan counters with a straight right hand. This has been an exciting period of action! Nice cross by Khan.#CL2# Khan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Loretto, pushing him back against the cage. Khan working some nice short punches in the clinch. Khan lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Loretto tries to pull guard but Khan holds him up against the cage and eventually Loretto drops back down to his feet.

Khalib is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Khalib landing with the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Delaet is trying to maintain the position but LaRocca is very close to passing his half guard.#ES# Delaet has one foot on LaRocca's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. LaRocca sizes up Delaet with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. LaRocca dives in and grabs Delaet's left leg, looking for a takedown. Delaet pushes down on LaRocca's head and hops out. As LaRocca backs away, Delaet returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. LaRocca paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Delaet takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Delaet stuffs the takedown. LaRocca lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
