Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious?#TD2# One gets caught flat footed, as Ryan shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Ryan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ryan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Ryan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.#SUB# One throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Ryan escapes and throws One's legs to the side, diving into side control! and Geghan counters with a left to the body. Khan throws a series of punches but Geghan moves out of range. Geghan is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Khan with a body shot. Geghan tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Khan defends well and Geghan ends up having to push Khan into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Khan throws a right and a left that Geghan avoids nicely. Khan on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. #CL# Khan moves into the clinch. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. A right hook to the body lands for Geghan.

Geghan has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Khan lands with an uppercut that bounces Geghan off the cage and back into range. Geghan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Khan's waist but Khan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Geghan off to one side. Khan throws a nice looking combination but Geghan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Khan with a nice cross. Geghan scores with the left hand. Khan knows he should have avoided that one. Geghan lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Geghan gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Khan counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Bingus Khan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Geghan. Khan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Khan wants to get back to his feet but Geghan is in a dominant position and won't allow it. #T1# Geghan trying to control the position from guard on top but Khan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. That was a close second round but I would say that Bingus Khan will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.#TD2# Geghan closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Geghan is looking to take a break and control but Khan is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Khan wants to get back to his feet. Geghan throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Geghan trying to control the position but Khan is working away. Geghan throwing shots but missing, from side control. Geghan is chipping away with strikes.

#R1# Face comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. A jab from Face does it's job there.#CUT2#It looks like Bobojo Makoba has been cut. Makoba jabbing away but nothing is landing. Face swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Makoba pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Makoba looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Puncher Face seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Face connects with the punch. Makoba is looking to land body kicks. Face's corner calls for a 1-2. Face obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Makoba throws an overhand right that lands on Face's shoulder, as Face tries to avoid the shot. Face looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Face smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Face has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Face there as he acknowledges the shot.#CUT#It looks like Puncher Face has been cut. Makoba moves away from the strike by Face. Makoba looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Makoba buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

#KD# Makoba cracks Face with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Makoba has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Face to stand back up! Makoba misses the shot to the body. Makoba takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
The fighters circling - Face throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Face walks into a left hand. #CUT#That has opened up Puncher Face's cut even more. Face moves out of range of the strikes.#KD# Makoba sends Face crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Makoba is motioning to the referee to let Face up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!#ROC#Face is rocked! Makoba misses with a body shot.

Face will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Makoba connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Makoba blocks a jab. Face throws a jab when Makoba was well out of range. Makoba scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Face swings widly with a right hand
and Makoba counters with a right hand to the body. Face looks winded!#KD# Makoba cracks Face with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Makoba has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Face to stand back up! Face is still on wobbly legs! Can Makoba finish him?#CUT#The cut above Puncher Face's eye is starting to cause him problems now. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A decent looking body kick lands there for Makoba. Makoba circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Face tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Makoba wins by KO!

Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Shimada tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Ecker defends well and Shimada ends up having to push Ecker into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
