Bateman throws a right and a left that both miss. Burns steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Bateman. Bateman throws a low kick but it's checked well by Burns. Burns showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bateman.
Decent striking displayed by Bateman there. A combination from Bateman does no damage. Burns is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Burns fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bateman throws a low kick but it's checked well by Burns. Bateman lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Burns backs up against the cage.

Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!

We've been told by Chai's head coaches at Master Chai's Dojo that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Bateman fails to land with a series of punches.

Drew was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Collins takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Collins misses with a hook
and Drew counters with a nice leg kick. A punch combination from Drew misses. Drew thumps Collins with a low kick. Drew keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Collins. Collins stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Drew digs a good hook to Collins's body.

Drew throws out a loose jab but Collins uses good head movement to avoid it. Drew closes the distance and catches Collins with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Antero rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Collins moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Antero throws a looping overhand right but Collins ducks down to avoid it. Antero throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Collins sees it coming and avoids it easily. Collins fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

#R1# Courageux throws a right and a left that both miss. A countering left hand to the body from Harlande misses. Harlande bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Harlande lands a nice shot that snaps Courageux's head back.

Courageux walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!

#R1# Maltus tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Collins manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Collins looks to land a combination but Maltus avoids it well. Maltus is looking to clinch. Maltus moves into range and connects with a jab. Maltus misses with a body kick. Collins slips a jab and a cross from Maltus.
Collins on the wrong end of a nice jab. The fight stays on the outside here - Maltus looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Collins tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Maltus paws at him with a jab and circles away. As Collins looks to move away, Maltus throws a big counter combo but Collins just gets out of the way. Maltus uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Collins.

Bateman is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Bateman working hard to break the clinch. Clifton ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Bateman out cold! The fight is over!
