Holjevac wants to hold on but Reyes pushes him away. Reyes looking to finish Holjevac with some ground and pound. This is bad for Holjevac! Reyes cracks Holjevac with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Reyes lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Reyes is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Holjevac can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

#R1# We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.#TD2# Silva bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.#SUB2# Silva is looking for a kimura. He might have it! Iva is concentrating on defense, preventing Walker from advancing position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Iva wants to improve his position but Walker is controlling well.
Iva keeps trying to improve his position.#SUB# Walker looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Sanchez looks for a takedown but King sprawls well. King feints the counter takedown. Sanchez looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? King is fending him off so far but Sanchez persists. Nope, King circles away and we're back to standing. King unleashes a big counter combination but Sanchez bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. The fight stays on the outside here - Sanchez looks like he's thinking about clinching though. King is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sanchez shoots in but doesn't get the takedown #CL2# and King counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by King. #R1# Rodrigo throws a nice looking combination but Walker bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.#TD# Walker shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Rodrigo will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
