We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The crowd cheers as Mhanna lands an impressive looking overhand right. Arnold doesn't seem phased though.

Mhanna is pressed up against the cage. Arnold has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Mhanna down to the mat. Mhanna avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Mhanna cracks Arnold on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Arnold falls backwards against the cage. Mhanna follows up with more strikes that drop Arnold to his knees. Mhanna keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Arnold! This one is all over!

Villalobos has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Barker is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Villalobos.

The fighters circle, before Flores throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Page's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Flores lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

Oooooh!!! Boyd has knocked Davenport down with a huge combo! Boyd steps away and waves a wobbly Davenport back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!#CUT2#
It looks like Asa Davenport has been cut.
Boyd circles away from the clinch attempt
and Boyd counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Davenport badly! Boyd follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Davenport out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Boyd finished him against the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). John Boyd!
In his post fight interview, John Boyd started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
