Bundy is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Bundy being controlled against the cage. Battle just leaning against Bundy, taking a breather. Battle gets a warning from the ref for wasting time. Battle really is a fat lump. Battle slows down the pace here.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Malik Battle. Battle on the wrong end of a nice jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bundy connects with a single shot there. Bundy misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Both fighters working to control the clinch. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Battle can't seem to implement his control oriented gameplan at the moment. That's no bad thing of course, for those of us who want to see a good fight. Battle swings wildly with an uppercut but Mickael uses good head movement to avoid it. #R1# Battle gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Battle tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Dsdsd is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Battle buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Battle!! Battle is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Dsdsd throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Cobb is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Hexum is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.#T1# Hexum chips away with some ground and pound. Well, if Hexum is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Harald Hexum has got the better of the ground game so far. Cobb is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Hexum jumps into side control! Cobb looks to move to half guard but instead Hexum has passed into mount! Damn! Hexum looking to control and managing it successfully. #T3# Cobb is desperately trying to improve his position but Hexum has a good base and remains in mount. Cobb is working hard here to advance position. You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Cobb can't escape the position.

Harald Hexum showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! And we move into the final round! #R3##CL2# Hexum has managed to clinch.
Cobb is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Cobb tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Hexum just stands there and leans against the cage.#TD2# Hexum jumps guard and drags Cobb to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Cobb would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Hexum wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#ES2# Hexum manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Hexum takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Cobb looks for a takedown but Hexum sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Davis Cobb. Hexum avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Hexum is pressed up against the cage. Cobb has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hexum down to the mat. Hexum avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. #TD2# Hexum throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Cobb was covering up waiting for the punch and Hexum finishes the takedown easily into guard. Hexum postures up in Cobb's guard and throws a big left but Cobb blocks it. Cobb will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.#T2##SU2# Hexum stands up and waves to Cobb to follow him. Harald Hexum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#CL2# Hexum rushes Cobb and presses him up against the cage.#BC# Cobb's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Harald Hexum seems to be getting the better of the standup. Hexum swats away the attempt to clinch by Cobb. Hexum shoots in for a takedown but Cobb shows good takedown defense. #TD2# Hexum gets a double leg takedown into Cobb's guard. Cobb wants to get back to his feet but Hexum passes into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hexum prevents Cobb from getting the reversal. Hexum with the ground and pound from mount. Hexum raining down hammerfists from mount. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hexum is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Cobb can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
