Nope, Notts circles away and we're back to standing. Kataski shoots in for a double leg but Notts sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Koshi Kataski. That's going to take a lot out of him.#CL2# Notts closes the distance and clinches.#TD2# Notts pulls Kataski into guard.

No, Notts has managed to get both his arms back between Kataski's legs - danger averted.#T2# Notts trying to control the position from guard on top but Kataski is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kataski lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVR# This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kataski stands and throws Notts's legs to the side, diving into side control. #SUB# Kataski has an Americana. Notts didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Kataski is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Kataski hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Kataski is working Olivera over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Olivera wants to get back to his feet but Kataski is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Olivera is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.#SUB# Kataski drops back looking for a leg! Olivera is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Olivera manages to kick Kataski off! Kataski jumps back into Olivera's guard. Olivera is looking to stand up but Kataski isn't so interested in that idea. Kataski makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kataski landing some decent shots from guard. Kataski pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Olivera is keeping the position for now. Olivera wants to stand but Kataski is controlling the position. Kataski postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Vercetti prevents Martola from moving into mount. Martola has knee on belly and moves into mount. Vercetti is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
#SUB2# Martola goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Vercetti is on top in guard.

An attempted straight right counter from Vercetti misses the target. Vercetti takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Martola lands with a straight right. Vercetti didn't see that one coming. Martola throws a body shot but no joy.

#R1# Payton slips a jab from Boma. A little jabbing left from Payton on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Boma moves out of range of the strikes. Payton throws a hook but Boma avoids it easily. Boma appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Payton throws a looping overhand right but Boma ducks down to avoid it. Payton throws a poor cross that misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Payton tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Boma paws at him with a jab and circles away. Boma throws a series of punches but Payton moves out of range. Payton throws a jab but it's blocked by Boma. Nice jab there from Payton. Payton throws a front kick aimed at Boma's knee but Boma avoids it well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#KD2# Payton lands a big right hand that sends Boma crashing to the mat! Payton stays standing though and waves Boma back to his feet!#ROC2#Boma is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Boma circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Payton. Boma falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Payton!

Bangin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Calvin. #TD2# Bangin gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Calvin missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Calvin postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Calvin throwing strikes but missing. Bangin pulls Calvin in close to prevent any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Calvin stands up over Bangin, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Calvin lands a couple of digs.#T1# Calvin scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Calvin in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Calvin missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Bangin will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Calvin working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Calvin connects with a couple of short punches. Calvin throws a big right hand that misses. Calvin throwing strikes from guard but Bangin blocks nicely. Calvin lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Calvin's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Bangin has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Let's hope that Calvin has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. More stalling from Calvin. Calvin tries to land a sweep but no joy. #REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Calvin misses with a takedown and Bangin counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Izzy Bangin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Scott Calvin. Calvin has his takedown stuffed and Bangin counters with a stiff right hand. Bangin connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Calvin momentarily.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Calvin has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bangin. We've been informed that Calvin has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Crunch! Bangin slams his shin into Calvin's torso. An inside leg kick lands from Bangin. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Calvin with a poor takedown and Bangin counters with a low kick, right behind Calvin 's knee. Horrible takedown attempt by Calvin or perhaps it was just good defense by Bangin, which made it look bad. Calvin jabs at Bangin's body. Bangin punishes Calvin's body with a nice straight punch. Bangin with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Calvin connects with a nice short shot to Bangin's temple. Calvin lands a big shot there that rocks Bangin but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Cejka was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. A left lands for Cejka. Cejka listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Cejka throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Santino looks like he wants to counter punch here. Santino throws the kick towards the body but Cejka avoids it. A little feinted left hand from Cejka on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Cejka misses with a straight left. Santino looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Santino avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Santino unleashes a big counter combination but Cejka bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Santino does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Cejka cracks Santino with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Cejka throws a wild combination but nothing lands. The fighters circling - Cejka throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Cejka checks the leg kick nicely there.

Cejka fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Santino manages to avoid it. A little jabbing left from Santino on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Santino takes a jab right on the kisser.
Santino has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Cejka thows a left - swing and a miss! Santino throws a jab but it's blocked by Cejka. Cejka jabbing away but nothing is landing. #CL2# Santino forces Cejka back against the cage and clinches.#T1# Cejka blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Darawan raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. Bulb looks to score with a jab to the body but Darawan is just out of range. Bulb stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Darawan. Bulb misses with a hook. Darawan ducked under it nicely. Darawan lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Bulb throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Darawan takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Darawan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bulb. Darawan replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Bulb blocks it well. Bulb slips a straight right by Darawan. Vercetti waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Soares. Vercetti cracks Soares with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Soares tries to clinch up and Vercetti counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Soares bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Soares throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Vercetti sees it coming and avoids it easily. Some wild striking there from Vercetti.

#R1##TD# A momentary lapse in concentration from Kloo enables Kataski to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Kloo manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Kataski scoring with some ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kataski's corner is telling him to maintain position. Kataski advances to half guard. Kloo flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Kloo is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Kataski working the head and body with strikes. Ground and pound from Kataski. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kloo can do anything to dispel that myth. Kataski working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. #ROC#Kloo is rocked!#SUB# Kataski is working for a kimura but Kloo is defending it quite comfortably.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kataski is nestled in close to Kloo, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Kloo is still in real trouble! Can Kataski finish him? Kloo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kataski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#SUB# Kataski has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Kloo defend it? Kataski steps over the head and cranks it - Kloo is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Kataski!
