Peterson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gamble avoids it really well and circles away.

Gamble is fighting off a takedown attempt but Peterson is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Gamble to the mat. Gamble regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round but I would say that Brady Gamble will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Brady Gamble.

Savage changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Armstrong tries to avoid it but Savage manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Armstrong to the ground. Armstrong escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Armstrong scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Savage doesn't seem bothered though.

Savage is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
