#R1##TD# Goldberg gets caught flat footed, as Burnett shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Goldberg is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Burnett dives into side control.
Goldberg really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Burnett. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#REVB# Goldberg wants to control but Burnett postures up. Goldberg misses with a strike from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Burnett takes a little break here. Goldberg wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Goldberg is looking for a sweep. Goldberg is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Burnett is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Goldberg tries to control Burnett's body but Burnett pushes him off. Goldberg squirms to his side and now Burnett has his back! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Burnett really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Goldberg. Burnett lands an elbow to the side of the head. Burnett trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Burnett scores with punches to the body. Goldberg trying to control the hands but Burnett breaks the grip. #SUB# Burnett has his arm under Goldberg's chin here. Game over son! Burnett squeezes tightly and Goldberg is forced to tap out!
