Martinez defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Personns. Personns shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Martinez counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Personns badly! He tries to strike back but Martinez puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Personns out cold! Oh man, Personns will never hear the end of this one!

Van Basten tries to stand but Mcbride is controlling his head. Mcbride gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Van Basten wants to stand up but Mcbride manages to regain full guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Van Basten wants to get up but he can't break Mcbride's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Mcbride is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top.
