Dimateo fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Dimateo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lettis tries to avoid it but Dimateo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lettis to the ground. Lettis escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. After the fight, Shiro Tanaka was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Tyrone has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Tiaz is landing a low percentage of strikes. Tiaz is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lettis for as long as he can get away with. Hyde wants to pass the guard but Lettis is defending well. Hyde slows the pace down in half guard.
