Gelovkin tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jaworski defends well and Gelovkin ends up having to push Jaworski into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. An attempted straight right counter from Jaworski misses the target. Gelovkin takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Gelovkin shoots for a double leg takedown but Jaworski sprawls well. He's pushed Gelovkin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Anastazy Jaworski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sherpov Gelovkin. Gelovkin looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Gelovkin closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jaworski circles away. McSlide is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Souza throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McSlide's waist but McSlide gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Souza off to one side. McSlide looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Josue Souza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
