Yang scoring with some ground and pound. Yang trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. #SUB2# Gracie is looking for a triangle but Yang pushes his legs off easily.

Johnson lands with a nice combination. Undertale backs away looking to recover. Undertale is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Johnson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Undertale moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Undertale wants to counter with a clinch but Johnson pushes him away. Danga de danga de dang - Johnson scores with a four punch combination! A leg kick checked by Undertale. Johnson sets himself, and Undertale steps forward looking for the clinch! Johnson avoids it this time. Johnson closes the distance and lands a one-two. Johnson lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Undertale backs up against the cage.

Joshua falls to his knees and Heart doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). That Heart! That Heart is the new middleweight champion! In his post fight interview, That Heart started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception. |

Fuentez changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Fuentez tries for a takedown but Winn sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Some wild striking there from Winn.
Fuentez shoots and misses and Winn counters with a left and a right that stings Fuentez. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Josiah Fuentez. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fuentez is breathing heavily. Fuentez drops his hands momentarily and Winn takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Fuentez has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Winn slaps away a takedown attempt from Fuentez, before circling back to the center of the mat. It seemed like Winn was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Winn cracks a nice hook into Fuentez's ribs. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! We've been hearing reports that Maddison has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.#CL2# Jack instigates a clinch. Jack throws a head punch that misses. Jack swings away with an uppercut that misses.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Jack. Jack lands on the inside with an uppercut. Jack makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Jack fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Maddison pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Jack tumbling to the mat - Maddison dives into Jack's guard. Jack wants to stand and escape but Maddison is having none of it. Jack looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Maddison looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Jack is looking to work his way out of this bad position but MiG is controlling him well. MiG lands a strong strike to the head of Jack. That's dazed him! MiG looking to finish here. Jack is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - MiG lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

#R1# Fuentez shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Shewmaker sprawls well. Shewmaker wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fuentez gets slowly back to his feet. Fuentez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Shewmaker tries to avoid it but Fuentez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Shewmaker to the ground. Shewmaker escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. #CL# Shewmaker fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Fuentez, pushing him back against the cage.#TD2# Fuentez lands a takedown into guard.
Shewmaker controls Fuentez momentarily but Fuentez frees himself. Shewmaker is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Fuentez trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Fuentez postures up.
