#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ru fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Coren manages to avoid it. Wei Ru seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ru tries to bum rush Coren with a series of wild strikes but Coren uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Ru throws a body punch but Coren moves out of range. Ru stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ru wants it to stay on the feet. Coren lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ru circles away quickly and effectively. Ru throws out a powerful jab. Coren throws a head kick that misses. Ru stuns Coren with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Coren shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Horrible takedown attempt by Coren or perhaps it was just good defense by Ru, which made it look bad. Wei Ru has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marlon Coren. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Coren is defended easily by Ru. Coren takes one on the chin but seems OK.

#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vip missing with a left hand there. Marin was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Marin doesn't manage to clinch there - Vip circles away.

A little feinted left hand from Vip on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Marin tries to score a power double leg takedown but Vip sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Marin somewhat. Marin dips down and scores with a jab to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Marin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Vip's waist but Vip gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Marin off to one side. #TD2# Marin dives in and scores a takedown into Vip's guard. Vip wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Marin manages to pass to side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T1##REVR# Marin working the head and body with strikes. Marin is nestled in close to Vip, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Coren trying to control but Fufumogadov is working from the bottom. Coren is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Fufumogadov is pulling down on Coren's head to control his posture. Fufumogadov looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Fufumogadov lands with a heel strike from the guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fufumogadov utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. #SUB2# Coren drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Fufumogadov dives on top into guard.#REVR# Fufumogadov controls from within his opponent's guard. #T1# Fufumogadov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control.
