#R1# Deleon dives in and grabs Van Lierde's left leg, looking for a takedown. Van Lierde pushes down on Deleon's head and hops out. Van Lierde changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Van Lierde swats away the attempt to clinch by Deleon. Van Lierde definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Deleon tries to clinch but Van Lierde moves out of range. Deleon doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Deleon takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Van Lierde lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Peck shoots in looking for a takedown. Duarte tries to sprawl out of it but Peck keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Duarte manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. #CL2# Peck clinches. Duarte really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Duarte controlling the action here for a moment.

Peck has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Peck is trying to control. Lewis wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Lewis is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Punchin N\' Chockin, so we'll see if he gets out of it. Ahmed Sheikh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Haruhi takes one on the button. Haruhi throws a right and a left that Sheikh avoids nicely. Good exchange - Haruhi coming out on top. Haruhi steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sheikh. Sheikh lands with a hook. Haruhi tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Hilal is looking to break free of the clinch but Esch has double underhooks. Hilal's coach down at Armored Fitness & Sparring was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Hilal's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Esch is leaning against Hilal and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Hilal blocks an uppercut.

Cuddles is being controlled here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cuddles dodges the ground and pound from Adamos. Sloppy strikes there by Adamos. Adamos working the ground and pound. Cuddles looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Adamos trying to control the action but Cuddles is working from the bottom. Cuddles takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Cuddles looks winded! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Adamos cracks Cuddles with an elbow. That is naaassty. Adamos throwing shots but missing, from side control.
