#R1# Barbaro throws out a token jab with nothing on it.#CL# Barbaro gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Mcilrath prevents a body shot from Barbaro. Barbaro throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Barbaro struggles to land a body shot inside as Mcilrath controls his hands.
Mcilrath jumps guard but Barbaro stands there with Mcilrath around his waist. Mcilrath gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Mcilrath is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. A nice right hand lands inside from Mcilrath. Mcilrath fails to pull guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Barbaro misses with a punch on the inside.
Barbaro pushes Mcilrath back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. A nice left hand lands by Barbaro.

Joe Barbaro has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zakk Mcilrath. Barbaro misses with a short punch on the inside. Barbaro misses with a hook to the ribs.
Mcilrath changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Barbaro fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Mcilrath takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Mcilrath staying out of range there. Mcilrath throws a leg kick that misses. Barbaro misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mcilrath.
Barbaro lands a jab to Mcilrath's midsection. Mcilrath shoots in but doesn't get the takedown letting Barbaro counter with a right hand. #T2# Barbaro darts in trying to clinch and Mcilrath counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Mcilrath fails with the takedown and Barbaro counters with a lovely shot to the body. Barbaro leaves Mcilrath with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Barbaro throwing a counter right hand but Mcilrath manages to avoid it. Mcilrath fails with the takedown and Barbaro counters with a stiff right hand. Mcilrath looks winded! This has been an exciting period of action!#KD# Barbaro drops Mcilrath with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Mcilrath looks back up at him and smiles so Barbaro waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
#ROC# Mcilrath is rocked!#T3# Mcilrath with a poor takedown and Barbaro counters with a left to the body. Mcilrath is still on wobbly legs! Can Barbaro finish him? Mcilrath ducks into an uppercut from Barbaro and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!

#R1# Abdullaev is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Puni.#TD2# Abdullaev scores with a takedown into Puni's guard. Abdullaev postures up.
Abdullaev stays in close to Puni's body and controls the position. Abdullaev is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Abdullaev makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Abdullaev stands up over Puni, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Abdullaev advances to half guard. Abdullaev seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Puni is trying to get back to full guard. Nice strikes from Abdullaev there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Abdullaev working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. #T1# Nice strikes from Abdullaev there. Abdullaev trying to mount his opponent but Puni defends it. Puni trying to control here.
Abdullaev lands with a punch from half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Abdullaev working Puni over with strikes. Abdullaev lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. #ROC2# Puni is rocked! Abdullaev scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Oh Puni is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Abdullaev trying to control from Puni's half guard. Puni has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Abdullaev tries to free his leg and advance position but Puni is retaining full guard. Abdullaev connects with a couple of short punches. Puni seems to have got his legs back now. Puni keeping moving, preventing Abdullaev from controlling successfully. #T2# Abdullaev stands up over Puni, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Abdullaev looking to pass the guard. Abdullaev throws a strike but Puni rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. #REVR# Puni wants to control from the top but Abdullaev keeps moving. Abdullaev controlling Puni's posture. #SU# Puni decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Abdullaev, up you get! #TD2# Abdullaev bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.#T3# Abdullaev takes a little break here. Puni wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Abdullaev cracks Puni with a big right hand but Puni just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Puni tries to bench press Abdullaev off him but Abdullaev keeps the position. Puni trying his best to control but Abdullaev has mounted him. Puni really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Abdullaev controlling his opponent. Abdullaev unloading with bombs! Abdullaev landing strikes, looking to finish! Abdullaev lands with some strikes.#CUT2# It looks like Rhys Puni has been cut. Abdullaev connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
#T4# Abdullaev postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Puni badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Abdullaev around the waist but Abdullaev pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Abdullaev is the winner by TKO! Abdullaev jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
