We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Red defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sakuraba. Red half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Red really is a fat lump. Sakuraba is trying hard to land a takedown here. Red sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Red feinted with a counter takedown. Sakuraba waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Red. Sakuraba fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Red avoids it really well and circles away. Red attempts a counter takedown but Sakuraba avoids it well and moves away. Mark Red has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dominique Sakuraba dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.#R2# Red stuffs a takedown. #R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Barboss tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. A combination from Barboss does no damage. Marley is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.#TD2# Marley drives through with a takedown into guard. #ES# Barboss pushes Marley off and scrambles back to his feet.
A good leg kick by Barboss. Marley closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Marley throws a hook but Barboss blocks it. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Barboss misses with a jab, cross combination.
Marley is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Barboss with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Barboss fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Barboss throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Marley shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Barboss as he avoids it easily. A big right from Barboss misses. #TD2# Marley shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Marley was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!#T1# Marley scoring with punches from side control. #R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ganjaman. It looked like Achashverosh wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Ganjaman takes one on the chin but seems OK.
#CUT#It looks like Dominique Ganjaman has been cut. Ganjaman ducks right into an uppercut from Achashverosh. Achashverosh throws the left hand but Ganjaman avoids the punch easily. Ganjaman waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Achashverosh. Achashverosh lands with an overhand left. Ganjaman throws a hook to the side of Achashverosh's head but Achashverosh sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Ganjaman takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Ganjaman misses with a hook. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Achashverosh ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Achashverosh is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Ganjaman looks to score with a jab to the body but Achashverosh is just out of range. Ganjaman has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Achashverosh finds it's way round the side to connect with Ganjaman's head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Achashverosh slips under a jab. A left lands for Achashverosh. Achashverosh lands a jab to Ganjaman's midsection.#T1# Ganjaman throws a lazy uppercut

Achashverosh swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!

Ganjaman has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Mendes tries to get back to half guard but can't. Sloppy strikes there by Ganjaman. #R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Marley. Lee ducks under a wild hook from Marley. Lee keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lee connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Lee throws a right and a left that Marley avoids nicely. Marley throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lee sees it coming and avoids it easily. Lee does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Marley throws an off balance right hand
and Lee counters with a left and a right that stings Marley. Lee misses with a leg kick #TD2# and Marley counters with a single leg into guard. Lee didn't expect that. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Marley lands a couple of digs. Marley postures up and lands a big shot to Lee's brow. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lee pulls Marley in close to his closed guard and prevents Marley from doing any damage or advancing position. Marley postures up.

Lee was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Lee ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Lee connects with an inside leg kick. Lee attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Marley shoots for a takedown but Lee saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Jackie Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dominique Marley. Some bone on bone action there as Marley checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Marley throws a body shot but no joy. Lee throws an overhand right that lands on Marley's shoulder, as Marley tries to avoid the shot. Horn throws a body punch but Marley moves out of range. Horn throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Sakuraba with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Andres to score with a decent uppercut. Andres loads up on a big right hand but Sakuraba slips the punch. Andres lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Sakuraba backs up against the cage.
