Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Other might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Kanu has got the better of the exchanges.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Carter has clasped his hands together around Dips's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Dips throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.
Carter knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dips on the ground.

Dips is looking for a sweep.
Carter connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Dips some visible discomfort.

Carter is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Dips is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Dips is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Dips has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
