The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ferguson throwing shots but Betts is blocking nicely. Ferguson controlling the action here.#SUB2# Ferguson seems to be working for a kimura but Betts defends the submission attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ferguson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Betts swivels and escapes. Betts seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Betts tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Ferguson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Ferguson shoots and misses and Betts counters with a head kick. Cameron Betts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Casual Ferguson. Betts tries to clinch up. Ferguson is looking for the big counter here. Horrible takedown attempt by Ferguson or perhaps it was just good defense by Betts, which made it look bad. Ferguson takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Ferguson tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Ferguson goes for a takedown attempt but Betts pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Ferguson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. It looked like Betts was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Ferguson has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Ferguson takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Betts just misses with a elbow thrown towards Ferguson's brow. Betts lands a hook that snaps the head of Ferguson backwards. #T4# Betts with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

A punch lands to the side of Reinsmith 's head but he takes it in his stride. TheBuilder keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Reinsmith takes a body punch but keeps moving. TheBuilder lands a jab. Reinsmith walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! TheBuilder swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!

Reinsmith shoots in for a takedown but Sullivan shows good takedown defense. Sullivan throws a big counter head kick but Reinsmith avoids it with no problem. Reinsmith throws out a leg kick but Sullivan moves out of range and Reinsmith only half commits. Sullivan throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Sullivan throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Reinsmith's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Sullivan dives in looking to finish as Reinsmith flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Sullivan's strikes! Sullivan is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Reinsmith's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Reinsmith was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
