The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lomax tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Balogun swivels and escapes.
Balogun moves into range and connects with a jab. #CUT#It looks like Sonatel Lomax has been cut.
Balogun avoids the head kick by Lomax.
Lomax throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Balogun's waist but Balogun gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lomax off to one side.
A big left from Balogun misses.
Lomax looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Balogun is fending him off so far but Lomax persists. Nope, Balogun circles away and we're back to standing.
Tunde Balogun has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sonatel Lomax.

Balogun lands a head shot.
Lomax tries to get into range but Balogun steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Lomax! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Balogun scores the big KO victory!
