#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway!#TD2# Geoffries gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Coyle to score an easy takedown into full guard. Coyle is standing up over Geoffries. Geoffries looks to escape but Coyle dives into side control.
#REVR##SU2# Coyle stands up. A combination from Geoffries does no damage. Nice takedown defense from Geoffries. No joy for Coyle on that attempt. #CL2# Coyle closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Geoffries is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Coyle to keep the fight standing. Geoffries wants to get back to striking at distance but Coyle won't allow it.
#BC2# Coyle breaks the clinch.
Geoffries throws a head kick but Coyle moves out of range.
#TD2# Coyle drives through with a takedown into guard. #T1##SUB# Geoffries is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Coyle is aware though and is defending well. Coyle showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Let's hope that Coyle has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Geoffries is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Coyle has control of an arm but Geoffries manages to advance to Coyle's back! Coyle wants to get back to his feet. Geoffries doesn't have the hooks in and Coyle manages to turn into his guard.
Coyle trying to stand up but can't free himself from Geoffries's guard. Coyle looking to control the position here, rather than advance. #T3# Coyle has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Geoffries is proving hard to escape from. Coyle is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Geoffries looking to control.
Geoffries can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Coyle controls the pace.#T4# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Coyle advances position into side control! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Geoffries is working to avoid the ground and pound but Coyle connects with a decent elbow. Coyle controlling the position from side mount. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chris Coyle dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!#R2##TD2# Coyle shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Geoffries napping and manages to drive through into side control! Geoffries tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. Coyle lands a couple of good shots and Geoffries has given up his back, trying to escape the position!#CUT2#It looks like Susan Geoffries has been cut. Geoffries covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
Coyle controlling from the back. Coyle has the hooks in. Geoffries is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. #SUB2# Geoffries is trying to defend against the choke here but Coyle has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Coyle Tightens the hold and Geoffries taps out furiously! Coyle displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
