#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! European looks to land a combination but Bob avoids it well. Bob tries to close the distance and clinch but European swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Bob pivots, looking for a leg kick but European is out of range and Bob settles back down. Bob fails with the takedown and European cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. European throws the kick towards the body but Bob avoids it. Bob uses good head movement to avoid the hook from European. Bob tries to close the distance and clinch but European swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Bob dives in for a single leg takedown but European sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. European lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.#CUT#It looks like Jim Bob has been cut. European misses with a looping left. Bob changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. European lands with a straight right. Bob didn't see that one coming. European misses with a series of wild punches.

European swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. European throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Bob wants to clinch. Bob on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. European defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bob. Deuce European has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jim Bob. Bob has a takedown stuffed. A cross from European lands. Bob slips a jab from European.#T2# Bob will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. European is looking to counter punch. Bob staying out of range there. Bob shoots in for a double leg but European sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. European moves out of range of the body kick from Bob.
Bob with a poor takedown and European counters with a stiff right hand. Bob looks winded! A swing and a miss from European. Bob walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bob bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! European comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Bob falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Bob was out before he hit the floor!

#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Phillip shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has IV pinned against the cage. IV gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. The fight stays on the outside here - IV looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Phillip is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from IV. Phillip shoots in for a takedown but IV shows good takedown defense. Phillip shoots in for a takedown but IV shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. IV throws a big counter head kick but Phillip avoids it with no problem. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joe Phillip. That's going to take a lot out of him. Phillip throws a sloppy head kick and IV moves out of range easily. #CL2# IV moves into range and clinches up with Phillip. IV is looking for a takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Phillip gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from IV.

Phillip stands and throws IV's legs to the side, diving into side control. #SU# Phillip decides to stand up, so the ref orders IV to his feet. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Phillip fails with the takedown and IV counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Phillip is lucky that one didn't land flush. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A punch combination from IV misses. Phillip thinks about countering with a body kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

IV struggling a bit here. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. IV is being controlled here. Phillip looks up at the clock and then as IV takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Phillip smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

IV throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Phillip stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. IV tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Phillip paws at him with a jab and circles away. IV misses with a kick to the body.

Joe Phillip overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. IV is looking to get back to full guard here but Phillip has managed to pass to side control instead. Phillip controls the position from side control.#T2# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. IV takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Phillip slows the pace down in half guard. Phillip lands with a punch from half guard. Phillip looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! IV wants to get back to his feet.
Phillip will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. IV is trying to control but can't.
And that's the end of the fight! Joe Phillip showed his dominance in that final round. I think IV has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
