#R1# Smith throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. A nice inside leg kick there by Smith. That's going to slow Penttinen down. Penttinen darts in looking for a takedown but Smith gets double underhooks and turns Penttinen into the cage. Erkki Penttinen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Penttinen will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Smith punishes Penttinen's body with a nice straight punch. Penttinen looks winded! Penttinen on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

#R1# Lewis slips under a jab. Lewis stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lewis wants it to stay on the feet. Waters tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lewis swivels and escapes. Lewis misses with a few strikes there.
Waters goes for a double leg but Lewis avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Lewis continues to drive forward. Zion Lewis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Poseidon Waters. Lewis defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Waters. A big right from Waters misses. No luck for Waters with that takedown attempt. Lewis fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Waters out cold! Brutal finish!
