Franco lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Franco tries to work over Favor's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. A knee to the head by Franco.

Rodgers is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Rodgers missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Rodgers postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Davis is looking to stand up but Rodgers isn't so interested in that idea. Davis is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Jensen crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Davis - the referee stops the clock and Jensen gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Davis. Jensen manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Oh Jensen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A combination from Davis does no damage. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Davis!

He's slapped on a rear naked choke that looks really tight! Champion Jr falls backwards, slamming Sakuragi to the mat but Sakuragi holds on tight! Champion Jr is forced to tap and this one is all over!

A lull in the action here as Capirika stalls from top position. Taunde stops Capirika from passing to mount. Capirika scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Taunde to see if he's OK. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T1# A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Capirika looks up at the clock and then as Taunde takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Capirika smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Davis bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps You's head backwards. Davis with a jab. You fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Davis avoids it really well and circles away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Davis with the inside leg kick. You takes one to the side of the head.

You takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Larkin Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Davis blocks a head kick by You.

Davis is breathing heavily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Davis is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

Slumponyhu throws out a powerful jab. Slumponyhu connects with a body shot that sends Favor's belly button to the back. Favor is looking to clinch but Slumponyhu is avoiding it.
Slumponyhu walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Favor checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Some wild striking there from Slumponyhu.
Jab by Slumponyhu. Favor shoots for a double leg takedown but Slumponyhu sprawls well. He's pushed Favor's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Slumponyhu's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Slumponyhu duly obliges. #KD# Slumponyhu lands a big uppercut and Favor crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Favor looks OK. Slumponyhu waves Favor back to his feet!#ROC#Favor is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Slumponyhu lands with a big right hook that stumbles Favor - he's out on his feet here! Slumponyhu follows up with another monster hook that separates Favor from consciousness! Favor falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Slumponyhu stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
