#R1# Baby is looking to land body kicks. Mowala is trying hard to land a takedown here. Baby sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Horrible takedown attempt by Mowala or perhaps it was just good defense by Baby, which made it look bad. Mowala shoots in for a takedown but Baby shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jumanji Mowala. That's going to take a lot out of him. Baby swings and misses with a hook to the body.
It looked like Mowala was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Baby. Baby stuffs the takedown.#TD2# Baby drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Mowala keeping full guard, as Baby tries to pass. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Baby trying to stand up but can't free himself from Mowala's guard. Baby trying to control but Mowala is working from the bottom. #T1# Baby won't allow Mowala to get back to his feet. Baby wants to control from the top but Mowala keeps moving. Baby might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Mowala haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Baby slips nicely into half guard. Baby trying to control the action but Mowala is working from the bottom. Mowala looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Baby is nestled in close to Mowala, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Baby tries to pass to full mount but Mowala defends it. #T2# The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Mowala is staying active underneath Baby, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Baby sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Mowala defending well though. Mowala trying to control from the bottom.
#REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Baby looks to score with a jab to the body but Mowala is just out of range. A combination from Mowala does no damage. Jumanji Mowala seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mowala wants to clinch up but Baby keeps it at a distance.#TD2# Mowala gets caught napping as Baby dives in and scores a takedown. Mowala manages to retain guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Mowala is on top in guard.

Mowala passes Baby's left leg - he's now in half guard. Baby is looking for a sweep. Mowala is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.#SUB# Mowala is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Baby is just riding it out for now. Mowala eventually gives up the hold. Mowala sitting and controlling from the half guard. #T4# Mowala passes into side control, despite Baby's attempt to control the position.
Baby really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mowala. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Baby is trying to improve his position. Baby is still trying to improve position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Mowala throws a strike aimed at the side of Baby's head but Baby avoids it well. Baby tries to get back to half guard but can't. Mowala moves into full mount! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Big Baby will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.#R2# Mowala will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Baby was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Mowala throws a body kick, spinning off balance#TD2# and Baby counters with a nice double leg into side control. Mowala won't be happy with that. Baby cracks Mowala with an elbow. That is naaassty. Mowala tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Baby wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Baby prevents Mowala from escaping the position. Baby tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Baby throwing strikes but missing, from side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Baby landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Baby taking a break here but Mowala is having none of it and regains half guard. It looks like Baby is going to stand back up.

Baby trying to control the position from guard on top but Mowala is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mowala wants to get back to his feet but Baby is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Mowala looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Baby puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Mowala wants to control but Baby is keeping busy and won't allow it. Baby is stalling here. Mowala is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Baby seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Mowala has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. #SUB# Mowala working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. #T3# Baby stops Mowala from passing to mount. Baby wants to control but Mowala postures up. Baby tries to improve position but can't. Baby struggling a bit here. Baby manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Mowala throws a sloppy head kick #TD2# and Baby counters with a single leg into guard. Mowala didn't expect that. Baby loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Baby tries to free his leg and advance position but Mowala is retaining full guard. Baby trying to control but Mowala is working from the bottom. Baby scores with a decent looking elbow strike. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Baby throws a big right hand that misses. Baby trying to control but Mowala is working from the bottom. #T1# Baby is fighting to break Mowala's control of his arms but Mowala is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mowala is defended easily by Baby. Baby is trying to counter with his kicks. Mowala dives in and grabs Baby's left leg, looking for a takedown. He's got his arms around Parkinson's waist but Parkinson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wrevino off to one side. #CL2# Parkinson has closed the distance and engaged Wrevino in a clinch.
Parkinson lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. A short right from Parkinson. Wrevino is looking to take this one to the mat. Parkinson throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Wrevinos head. Parkinson lands a body shot. Parkinson stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Parkinson lands an uppercut. A hook to the body from Parkinson.
Wrevino is breathing heavily. Parkinson lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Parkinson screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

#R1# A nice leg kick from Rex, right into the meat of the thigh.
No joy there for Serra, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rex's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Serra connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Rex scrambles back to his feet. Serra keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Rex. Rex scores with a crisp jab that stopped Serra in his tracks. #CUT2#It looks like Jack Serra has been cut. Rex fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Serra manages to avoid it. Serra has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Crapollas Gym in the buildup to the fight. Rex will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Rex has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Serra missing with a left hand there. Rex was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Lingo Rex seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A swing and a miss from Serra. Serra throws out a loose jab but Rex uses good head movement to avoid it. Rex only half commits to the counter leg kick. That kick from Rex tenderised Serra's leg. Serra is trying to keep his angry face on. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rex throws a sloppy head kick and Serra moves out of range easily. Rex misses with an uppercut. Serra saw that one coming. Rex waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Serra. Serra clobbers Rex with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Rex avoids a punch combination nicely.

Rex fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Serra. Serra throws a shot from downtown. Rex moves away and avoids it. Serra seems to have got his legs back now. Serra keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Rex. Rex tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Serra is able to avoid easily. Rex throws a right hand that misses

Rex throws a chopping leg kick but Serra manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Serra misses with a hook. Rex walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Serra checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Nice cross by Serra. Rex has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.#T3# Serra thows a left - swing and a miss! Wrevino keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Kogan's head. Kogan looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Kogan looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Kogan trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wrevino postures up in Kogan's guard and throws a big left but Kogan blocks it. Wrevino wants to control from the top but Kogan keeps moving. Wrevino throws a strike but Kogan rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. #REVB##T1# Wrevino wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. He's bucked Kogan off and has taken his back! You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wrevino. Kogan fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Wrevino misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
