Ozdemiroglu looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. The fight stays on the outside here - Dontey looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Dontey with a poor takedown and Ozdemiroglu counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Dontey wants to clinch. Ozdemiroglu scores with a jab to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ozdemiroglu connects with a body shot. Jab from Ozdemiroglu. Dontey tries to clinch and Ozdemiroglu counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Ozdemiroglu works the jab nicely.#T1# Ozdemiroglu connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Ozdemiroglu throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Ozdemiroglu connects with a looping right hand.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dontey. Dontey goes for a double leg but Ozdemiroglu avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Ozdemiroglu continues to drive forward. Ersan Ozdemiroglu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alberto Dontey. Dontey closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ozdemiroglu circles away. Some wild striking there from Dontey.

Belca shoots for a takedown but Rowen saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Markos Belca. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rowen is trying to get back to full guard.#T4# The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Rowen tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Belca missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Belca sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Rowen defending well though. Still in half guard, Belca seems content to control.#REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Belca connects with an inside leg kick. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! Silent blocks the body kick.
Silent pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Silent throws a body punch but Zenzantarka moves out of range. #TD2# Zenzantarka shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Zenzantarka showed some decent athleticism there. Zenzantarka prevents Silent from improving his position. Silent on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Silent tries to get out of the position. Zenzantarka is trying to control the action in half guard but Silent is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Zenzantarka throwing shots but Silent is blocking nicely. Silent tries to roll over but Zenzantarka keeps him under control.#T1# Zenzantarka trying to control from half guard but Silent is working away. Silent wants to improve his position but Zenzantarka is controlling well.

Silent getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Silent catches Zenzantarka with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!#ROC#Zenzantarka is rocked! Silent cracks Zenzantarka with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the ropes! Zenzantarka falls to his knees and Silent doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Makuryunkan misses with a takedown and Falante counters with a straight right hand. Sapinho Falante has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Makuryunkan walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Falante swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!

#R1# Rumakhnov throws a right and a left that both miss.#TD2# Davi shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Rumakhnov is trying to defend but Davi finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Davi working over Rumakhnov with some ground and pound. Rumakhnov looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Davi working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Davi trying to mount his opponent but Rumakhnov defends it. Rumakhnov tries to get to full guard but Davi has control of the leg. Davi lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Rumakhnov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Davi on the ground. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Rumakhnov with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Oh Rumakhnov is still in real trouble!
