Harris shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Creed Jr counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Harris thinking. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Creed Jr keeps the fight on the outside. #R1# Nice sprawl there from Ward as Grimes shoots in. Ward unleashes a big counter combination but Grimes bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Ward stuffs the takedown. Ward should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.#CL# Grimes gets in close and instigates a clinch. #TD# Grimes successfully pulls guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.#SUB# Grimes is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Ward trying to control but Grimes is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB# Grimes has managed to work for a loose triangle.
