Morgan shoots in looking for a takedown but De La Torre manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Morgan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. De La Torre is looking to counter the offense by Morgan and move into the clinch. De La Torre throws a combination. Morgan tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Morgan fails with a takedown attempt. De La Torre lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Morgan backs up against the cage.

Vanilla has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Vanilla lands a shoulder strike. Fullerton taking a break, stalling in the clinch.

Vanilla letting Fullerton take a breather here. Fullerton's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. Fullerton swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Sloppy strikes from Vanilla. Those never looked like landing. As Vanilla looks to move away, Fullerton throws a big counter combo but Vanilla just gets out of the way.#TD# Fullerton shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Vanilla manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fullerton trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Fullerton is working hard here to advance position. Fullerton sitting in guard, not really doing much. #T4# Vanilla wants to stand but Fullerton is controlling the position. Vanilla can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Fullerton controls the pace. Fullerton is in close to Vanilla's body, working some short punches and elbows. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.#SU# Vanilla is working an open guard so Fullerton takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Fullerton comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Fullerton checks a low kick from Vanilla.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sam Fullerton. I think Fullerton has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Cooper tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Cooper closes the distance and clinches up with De La Torre, looking for a takedown. Cooper pushes De La Torre against the cage but De La Torre circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Cooper shoots in for a takedown but De La Torre shows good takedown defense. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. De La Torre with a body punch. A glancing blow. Bloggs working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Carlson. Bloggs really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Carlson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bloggs utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Carlson connects with a couple of short punches. Carlson looking to pass the guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carlson trying to control but Bloggs is working from the bottom. Bloggs seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
