He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Rich Mahogany seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Howard keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
#TD# Mahogany feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Sub throws a lazy head kick #TD# so Li counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Li is pushing down on Sub's leg trying to pass to half guard. Sub is fighting to maintain full guard but Li has managed to sneak the leg through. Sub is refusing to be controlled, as Li sits in half guard. Sub trying to hold on to Li's head to control him but Li postures up.
Sub tries to roll over but Li keeps him under control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Li working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Li seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sub does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. #T1# Li is thwarting Sub's attempts to control the position. Mahogany working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Mahogany trying to control the position from guard on top but Farah is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Farah utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Mahogany postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Mahogany with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Farah knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mahogany on the ground. The ground and pound from Wills seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The ground and pound from Wills seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Wills works to advance to full mount. Sub defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Sub seems to have got his legs back now. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Wills throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Sub is wriggling around trying to escape.

No, Sub has escaped the position, nice work there. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
